General Submission Guidelines

  • The manuscript must fall within the scope and allied areas/tracks of the conference.
  • The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to determine the scope before recommending papers for review.
  • Simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple conferences is not encouraged.
  • Papers with a maximum similarity index of 15%, excluding bibliography, will be considered for review.
  • Submitted papers must be written in English and follow the prescribed single-column conference template.
  • Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
  • The conference follows a rigorous single blind peer-review process.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must complete full registration and present the paper at the conference.
  • It is the responsibility of authors to submit the final camera-ready paper and complete copyright transfer as per the instructions shared after acceptance.

Microsoft CMT Acknowledgment

The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-review process for this conference. This service is provided for free by Microsoft, and Microsoft bears all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services, software development, and support.

Policy for Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to a similarity check using a licensed plagiarism detection tool. Only manuscripts with a similarity index below 15% and less than 3% similarity from a single source will be considered for review. Authors must submit original and unpublished research work that is not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts with higher similarity may be rejected at any stage of review or publication.

Important Instructions for AI-Generated Text

Any use of artificial intelligence tools for generating text, figures, images, code, or other content must be clearly disclosed in the acknowledgment section of the paper. Authors must identify the AI system used, specify the sections where AI assistance was used, and briefly explain the level of AI involvement. Failure to disclose AI-generated content may lead to direct rejection.

Peer Review Policy

  • The conference follows a single-blind review process.
  • Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of three subject experts.
  • A maximum of five papers will be assigned to a single reviewer.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on technical quality, originality, relevance, significance, clarity, and repeatability.
  • The review process will be coordinated by national and international technical committee members.

Acceptance Criteria

Relevance: Alignment with conference themes and research scope.
Originality: Novel ideas, methods, systems, or applications.
Technical Depth: Strong contribution and well-defined methodology.
Validation: Robust experiments, analysis, or case-based evaluation.
Clarity: Well-structured and grammatically clear presentation.
Ethics: Compliance with responsible research and publication practices.
Literature Coverage: Adequate review of existing work and research gaps.
Result Quality: Meaningful analysis supported by tables, figures, or graphs.

Reviewer Suggestions

  • Mandatory changes or corrections
  • Possible modifications for improvement
  • Suggestions for extending the work in future journal versions

Role of Reviewers

  • Conduct strict and rigorous review of submitted papers.
  • Identify gaps requiring explanation, additional work, or validation.
  • Provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Evaluate papers based on novelty, significance, clarity, relevance, and repeatability.
